摘要 认识新常态、适应新常态、挑战新常态,江汉油田采油厂某采油管理区干部员工以"增效益产量、降成本开支"为核心,大力开展"五个自己干""修旧利废"等活动,积极应对诸多成本缺口带来的极大挑战,自己动手迎战低油价寒冬期,最大限度地降低成本,实现效益的最大化。 Facing with new normal,all the staff of a oil production management area attached to Oil Production Plant of Jianghan Oilfield,taking"increasing benefit output and decreasing cost expense"as the core,energetically launch a series of activities to respond great challenge brought by many cost gaps.They battle against chilly low oil price period and try their best to reduce cost to achieve maximum benefit.
