摘要
随着企业的发展和大数据时代的到来,对企业人事档案工作提出了更高的要求。人事档案的信息化是企业人事档案管理的必由之路,是信息时代人事档案事业发展的大势所趋。为适应信息时代的数据大爆炸,实现企业的效益最大化,必须加快人事档案信息化建设的步伐。为此,应通过加强领导、规范管理、建立完备的企业人事档案数据库系统和网络化管理体系、建设高素质的人事档案管理人才队伍等有效途径,推进人事档案管理信息化进程。
With the development of enterprises and the arrival of big data times,higher demands are set on enterprise personnel dossier management.Information application in personnel dossier is the only road of personnel dossier management at information era.In order to adapt big data explosion at the information era and achieve maximum enterprise benefit,we should speed up information application in personnel dossier management.It is necessary to strengthen the leadership,standard management,establish complete enterprise personnel dossier database system and network-based management system and build up a high-quality personnel dossier management team to promote information application in personnel dossier management.
