摘要
目的探讨赋能教育对大肠癌造口患者疾病不确定感的影响。方法 2016年3月至2017年5月便利抽样选择成都市第五人民医院胃肠外科大肠癌造口患者102例,随机分为赋能教育组与对照组。对照组采用外科常规护理,赋能教育组在对照组的基础上实施赋能教育,比较两组患者疾病不确定感的得分情况。结果赋能宣教组的疾病不确定感得分及其各维度得分均低于干预前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论赋能教育能够改善大肠癌造口患者的疾病不确定感水平。因此,在日常护理工作中护理人员应注重引导患者参与自我护理,帮助其树立健康的行为方式,以降低其疾病不确定感水平,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of empowerment education on illness uncertainty in colorectal cancer patients with colostomy.Methods By convenience sampling,102 colorectal cancer patients with colostomy treated in gastroenterological surgery department of our hospital from March 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into empowerment education group and control group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the empowerment group was received empowerment education combined with routine nuring care The illness uncertainty score was compared between two groups.Results The illness uncertainty score in intervention group was significantly lower than that of control group(all P〈0.05).Conclusions Empowerment education can effectively improve the patient’s illness uncertainty.Therefore,nurses should focus on guiding patients to participate in self-care and establishing a healthy behavior,so as to reduce uncertainty and improve the quality of life.
