摘要
目的了解高职院校单独招生(以下简称高职单招)护生职业规划与学习动力的情况,并探讨两者的相关性。方法2016年10月,采用便利抽样法选取泉州市某医学高等专科学校的415名高职护生为研究对象。采用一般情况调查问卷、护生职业规划调查问卷和学习动力水平量表对其进行调查。结果高职单招护生职业规划总得分指标为66.73%;学习动力总得分指标为74.31%;高职单招护生职业规划与学习动力水平呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论高职单招护生职业规划及学习动力水平有待提高;高职院校可开展多元化、系统化的职业化教育课程,同时在教学过程中应注重增加护生的学习兴趣及增强其学习动力,提高高职院校的教学质量。
Objective To investigate the career planning and learning motivation of higher vocational nursing students and their correlationship.Methods By convenience sampling method,415 higher vocational nursing students in our college were selected and investigated by using general scale,the career planning scale and the rating scale of learning motivation for nursing students.Results The score of career planning of nursing students was 66.73%,while the score of learning motivation of nursing students was 74.31%.The career planning was negatively correlated to learning motivation(P〈0.01).Conclusions The career planning and learning motivation in higher vocational nursing students needs to be improved.Diversified and systemtic vocational courses should be developed and learning interests and motivation of nursing students should be encouraged through teaching,by which the teaching quality could be enhanced..
