翻转课堂在新入职护士技能培训中的应用及效果评价 被引量:20

摘要 目的将翻转课堂培训模式应用于新入职护士的操作技能培训中,并对其效果进行评价。方法采用便利抽样法,选择我院362名新护士为研究对象,将2014年2月入职的166名新护士设为对照组,将2015年入职的196名新护士设为观察组。对照组护士采用传统方法进行技能培训,观察组采用翻转课堂培训模式进行技能培训。培训结束后对研究对象进行操作技能考核,并用自制《技能培训效果满意度调查表》进行培训满意度测评,对比两组研究对象的考核成绩与满意度评分。结果观察组护士静脉输液、心电监测、皮内注射、静脉采血、心肺复苏和氧气筒吸氧等操作项目的考核成绩优于对照组,对培训形式、培训效果、教师评价和对培训的接受程度等维度的问卷评分以及培训满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论相比理论性的学习内容,翻转课堂培训模式更适用于操作性强的课程。同时,翻转课堂培训模式可以提高新护士参与护理技能培训的满意度。 Objective To evaluate the flipped classroom model in nursing skills training for new nurses,and to evaluate its effect.Methods By convenience sampling,166 new nurses recruited in Feburary,2014 were assigned as the control group and received traditional training model;196 new nurses recruited in 2015 were assigened as the observation group and received the flipped classroom training model.After training,nursing skills level was measured and the satisfaction of new nurses was investigated using the nursing skill training satisfaction questionnaire.The assessment score and questionnaire score were compared between two groups.Results The observation group had higher scores than the control group interms of venous transfusion,electrocardiogram monitoring,intracutaneous injection,blood sampling,CPR and use of oxygen cylinder.The scores of training method,training effect,teacher evaluation and the acceptance level towards training in observation group were higher than those of control group(all P〈0.05).Conclusions The flipped classroom model is more suitable for practical or procedural knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge.Using the flipped classroom model in nursing skills training will enhance the training effect and improve the satisfaction with training of new nurses.
