摘要
目的:探讨对危重患者实施闭环管理后,对医院医疗质量管理的影响及其效果。方法:将上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院2014年1月至2017年9月的危重患者作为样本量,分析其连续3天主任查房记录的缺漏情况。结果:通过对比医院2014-2017年的危重患者连续3天主任查房记录的缺漏情况,发现闭环管理实施后连续3天主任查房记录的缺漏百分比从71.82%降至1.62%,并仍在不断减少中。结论:以信息化手段对危重患者实施闭环管理,不仅有利于保障患者安全,也有利于提高医院的整体服务水平和工作效率。
Objectives: To find the impact of crisis patient closed-loop management on hospital quality management. Methods: Crisis patient from Jan 2014 to Sep 2017 were selected as samples and the omission records of chief physician round wards in 3 days were checked. Results: The omission record rate of chief physician round wards was decreased from 71.82% to 1.62% after implementing closed-loop management. And the omission rate is decreasing. Conclusions: crisis patient closed-loop management by the support of information system can not only secure patient safety, but also promote hospital quality and efficiency.
