Management and quality control of the first page of medical record in the implementation of pricing and payment regulation on C-DRG

基于C-DRG收付费改革试点地区实施应用情况,结合病案首页管理和质控的相关要求及未来支付方式改革的需要,针对试点地区当前病案首页版本不统一、标准不统一、信息填写不全及填写有误等现状,提出统一标准、优化流程、加强培训、运用信息化手段监管等建议,供C-DRG试点实施时参考。

Based on the implementation of the piloting work of C-DRG payment reform, combined with the management and the quality control requirement for first page of first page of medical record, this paper will discuss the modification of first page to meet the requirement of further payment reform and provide suggestions as reference for further pilot work of C-DRG payment reform.
