摘要
随着全球化竞争聚焦于国家间高层科学技术人员的竞争,科技工作者在建设创新型国家中发挥着不可替代的作用。近年来,我国女性科技工作者队伍迅速壮大,其工作满意度和工作与生活平衡能力直接影响着其工作绩效和创新活力。文章基于问卷调查,从个体特征、职业选择、自我认知、政策环境、有效领导、组织环境、同事关系、家庭环境8方面对女性科技工作者工作满意度与工作家庭平衡影响因素进行测度,同时利用回归分析,找出关键影响因素,并从变革组织管理模式、厘清角色定位、加强宣传引导等方面提出对策建议。
Global competition is to a large extent the competition amongtop-levelscientists in different countries, thusscien- tists play an irreplaceable role in building an innovative country. In recent years, the number of female scientific research-ers in China has rapidly grown. And their job satisfaction and ability to balance work and life have a direct impact on their work performance and innovation. This paper investigates the impact of job satisfaction and work-life balance of female sci-entific researchers in terms of individual characteristics, career choices, self-awareness, policy environment, effective lead-ership ,organization environment, relationship between colleagues and family environment through questionnaire survey. At the same time, this paper uses regression analysis to find out the key influencing factors. Moreover, suggestions related to transforming organization management model, clarifying role and position, and guiding publicity are proposed.
