助产士心理护理对高龄产妇产程进展、剖宫产率及护理满意度的影响

The influence of midwifery psychological nursing on the delivery progress,cesarean section rate and nursing satisfaction of advanced maternal age women

目的评价助产士心理护理对高龄产妇产程进展、剖宫产率及护理满意度的影响。方法随机选择深圳市龙岗区妇幼保健院产科自2016年1月至2017年1月收治的100例高龄产妇,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与干预组均50例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予常规护理和助产士心理护理,分析两组产妇产程时间、剖宫产率、护理满意度。结果干预组产程时间、剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组护理满意度高于对照组[(92.6±0.6)%vs(80.4±1.0)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论助产士对高龄产妇进行针对性心理护理,可缩短产程时间、降低剖宫产率、提高护理满意度,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To evaluate the effect of midwifery psychological nursing on the delivery progress,cesarean section rate and nursing satisfaction of advanced maternal age women. Methods 100 advanced maternal age women were randomly selected from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital. According to the random digital table, they were divided into control group（ n = 50） and intervention group（ n = 50）,the control group was given the normal nursing,the intervention group was given the routine nursing and midwifery psychological nursing,and the birth process time,the cesarean section rate and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were collected and analyzed. Results The labor time and the cesarean section rate of the intervention group was lower than the control group,and the difference is statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）,the nursing satisfaction rate of the intervention group was higher than the control group, and the difference is statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）.Conclusions The targeted midwifery psychological nursing can not only shorten the labor time,reduce the cesarean section rate,but also improve the satisfaction of nursing,which has high clinical application value.
