摘要
现代学徒制符合现代职业教育的规律,可兼顾学徒(学生)的就业与可持续发展问题,是产业结构转型升级优化的人力资源保障。现代学徒制实施的过程中面临着企业利益难以得到有效保障而参与积极性、主动性不高,学徒权益保障机制的缺失以及学徒培养质量的保障体系不完善,企业师傅的教育培训技能技巧的缺失以及后顾之忧等困境。破解现代学徒制困境的途径在于建立健全学校、企业、学徒和企业师傅的利益驱动和制度保障机制,实现多方共赢。
Modern apprenticeship is in accord with modern vocational education,giving consideration to the employment and sustainable development of apprentices(students),which can guarantee the human resources for the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.Implementing modern apprenticeship is facing difficult situations:enterprises are participating with little enthusiasm and initiative,resulting from the fact that their interests cannot be protected.At the same time,apprentice rights protection mechanism is in need,also the safeguard system for the quality of apprentice training is imperfect.What is worse,the trainers from enterprises are lack of educating and training skills,which brings more concerns and problems.The solutions to solve all those dilemmas lie in driving the interests of colleges,enterprises,apprentices and trainers,also establishing and improving the safeguard system mechanism,so as to achieve wins for all.
