福建省多措并举推进河长制

Implementing the river chief system by several measures in Fujian Province

福建省是国内较早推行河长制的省份之一,各级政府把实行河长制作为加强流域保护、促进水生态文明建设的重要抓手。本文介绍了福建省在落实《关于全面推行河长制的意见》基础上,完善组织架构、明确工作职责、形成常态化监管体系,以期为其他地区河长制工作提供借鉴。

Fujian is one of provinces implementing the river chief system early in China. Governments at all levels in the province regard implementation of the river chief system as an important means to reinforce river basin protection and promote water ecological civilization construction. It is described that Fujin further perfects organizational structure,makes clear work responsibilities, and forms normal supervision system on the basis of implementing ‘Suggestions on comprehensive implementation of river chief system＇. It is hope to provide reference for the river chief work at ofher areas.
