本文结合云南省绿春县金场河一河一策方案编制实例,立足于"因河制宜"的原则,在分析金场河现状问题的基础上,总结了金场河一河一策方案编制过程中面临的问题,提出了中小河流一河一策方案编制的主要思路及关键要点,为更好地推进落实河长制、加强水资源治理与保护提供参考和借鉴。

The example of one-strategy for one-river program preparation in Jinchang River of Lüchun County of Yunnan Province is combined in the paper,problems during preparation of one-strategy for one-river program are summarized on the basis of analyzing Jinchang River current situation problems according to the actual situation of rivers,and main thoughts and key points of one-strategy for one-river program preparation in medium and small rivers are proposed,thereby providing reference for better implementing the river chief system implementation and strengthening river resources governance and protection.
