福建省河长制工作实例分析

Case analysis of the river chief system in Fujian Province

本文以小溪河流域和延平区养殖污染为例,从污染情况进行分析,进而提出相应治污方法,建立有效机制。全面严格按照整治实施方案要求,执行各项工作制度,切实改善流域水质和生态环境,使小溪河流域水污染和延平区畜禽养殖污染问题得到了有效缓解,为今后河长制工作的开展提供了经验。

Breeding pollution in Xiaoxi River Basin and Yanping area is taken as an example to analyze the pollution situation in the paper,thereby proposing corresponding pollution control method and establishing an effective mechanism.All work systems are implemented comprehensively in strict accordance with the requirements in the control implementation plan. River basin water quality and ecological environment are actually improved,thereby effectively alleviating water pollution in Xiaoxi River Basin as well as livestock and poultry breeding pollution at Yanping area,and providing experience for future work of the river chief system.
