摘要
以直流充电为基础的大功率快速充电是国家倡导的重要发展方向,GB/T 27930—2015和GB/T18487.1—2015是整车和直流充电设施进行互联互通的相关标准。作为汽车公告强检项目,为验证整车通信协议实现与标准的一致性,本文设计了对待测电动汽车进行通信协议检测的系统。该系统不但包括正常充电流程的检测,而且能检验电动汽车对异常情况的处理。基于大量的检测数据,归纳出几种被测车辆容易出现的通信协议问题并给出分析。
Rapid charging based on the DC charging is an important development directions advocated by the state, the GB/T 27930-2015 and the GB/T 18487.1-2015 are the interoperability standards between EV and DC charging facilities. As mandatory inspection items, in order to verify the consistency between EV's communication protocol and the standard, This article designs a system to testing EV communication protocols. The system includes not only the normal charging process test, but also the abnormal communication condition. Based on a large number of test data, This article sums up several common problems of EY communication protocol and conducts analysis.
