Solutions of Self-monitoring and Evaluation Implement of Education and Teaching Quality in the Newly-established Universities

本文在介绍高等教育监测评估的内涵与功能的基础上,提出了一个新建本科院校实施教育教学质量自我评估的可行方法,就是依托国家数据平台,充分运用平台强大的数据处理和分析功能进行自我评估。并从全校整体情况、院(系)情况、专业情况等层面,探讨了实施自我评估的路径。

This paper introduces the connotation and functions of the higher education monitoring and evaluation, and proposes a feasible method for the newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities to implement self-assessment of education and teaching quality, which is based on the national data platform by fully using the platform＇s powerful data processing and analysis functions for self-assessment. This paper discusses the solutions of self-assessment from the aspects of the whole school, the situation of the colleges（departments） and the majors.
