摘要
随着金属材料的应用范围越来越广泛,对材料的研发理论与冶炼技术提出了更高的要求,而高温金相技术为此提供了新的研究角度。通过高温激光共聚焦显微镜观察ER410Ni Mo熔敷金属的相变过程,对马氏体不锈钢的相变过程有了更直观和深入的了解。根据原位观察结果得到了各阶段的相变起始与终止温度,对于马氏体不锈钢的熔化、结晶及固态相变过程的特点进行了细致的描述,表明CLSM在研究材料的凝固、固态相变、夹杂物欲动等方面具有无与伦比的优势与应用前景。
With the application of metal materials being more and more extensive,demands for the theory-developing and smelting technology of materials are higher and higher. The high temperature metallographic technology provides a new research method. The process of phase transition in the deposited metal of ER410 Ni Mo was observed through a high temperature laser confocal microscope,which can help to intuitively understand the phase transition process of martensite stainless steel. According to in-situ observation results,the phase change initiation and termination temperature of each phase were obtained,and the characteristics of melting,crystallization and solid phase transformation in martensite stainless steel were described in detail. It is shown that CLSM has unparalleled advantages and application prospects in the research of solidification of materials,solid phase change,and inclusions aggregation.
