摘要
从贵州省遵义市赤水县、正安县金佛山方竹林地采集到大型真菌,经形态学鉴定出7科8属13种,用分子生物学方法鉴定出其中5种,分别是黄方孢粉褶菌Entoloma murrayi、橙黄乳菇Lactarius aurantiacus、红菇Russula lepida、乳牛肝菌Suillus bovinus、红汁乳菇Lactarius hatsudake。
The macrofungi were collected from Chimonobambusa utilis forest of Chishui county and Zheng ’ an county of Guizhou Province. Morphological and molecular biological methods were used to identify the ectomycorrhizal( ECM) fungi in the Chimonobambusa utilis forest.The results indicate that 13 different ECM fungi under 8 genera of 7 families were identified by morphology and 5 of them were identified by molecular biology in accordance with their morphology. There were Entoloma murrayi,Lactarius aurantiacus,Russula lepida,Suillus bovinus and Lactarius hatsudake.
