眼成像技术的发展对促进眼屈光研究至关重要

摘要 近年来,众多的眼屈光问题引起了学者们的广泛关注.为进一步探究眼屈光问题的发生和发展机制,大量眼成像技术及分析系统孕育而生,并被应用于眼屈光问题,如近视、老视等的机制探究以及全眼的生物参数测量等方面.伴随着实验室研究的进展,眼成像技术飞速发展,在眼科各领域中广泛应用.眼成像技术的发展对促进眼屈光研究至关重要,其发展应以“在体无损、客观精准”为基本需求,向着“实时动态、智能化分析”的发展方向,以实现“视觉认知反馈系统监控技术”的调控效应研究. Recently,various eye refractive problems have attracted widespread attentions from scholars.In order to further explore the mechanism of the occurrence and development of eye refractive problems,a large amount of eye imaging technologies and analysis systems were born and applied to eye refractive researches,such as the mechanism of myopia and presbyopia,as well as the whole eye biological parameters measurement.In this literature,combining the research progress of our laboratory,we described the advances of eye imaging technology and its application in the field of ophthalmology.Based on the importance of eye imaging technology in the eye refractive researches,we propose that in order to realize the regulatory effect research of ‘visual cognition feedback system monitoring technology',the development of eye imaging technology should be based on the need of ‘in vivo,nondestructive,objective and accurate' and develop in the direction of ‘real-time,dynamic,intelligent analysis'.
