核电站应急柴油发电机组润滑油系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 应急柴油发电机组是保障核电站安全运行的重要安保电源设施。润滑油系统是核电站应急柴油发电机组重要辅助系统之一,在机组备用状态下即投入运行,并在机组起动后持续运行,必须具有很好的安全性能和可靠性。通过分析润滑油系统的设计功能与性能要求,将润滑油系统总体划分为三个子系统,并对系统设备的安全等级进行划分,完成了系统的设计方案。结合现役核电站的经验反馈,在润滑油系统设计方案中增加了预润滑油泵双泵冗余设计和PCOT监测技术,保障了核电站应急柴油发电机组的安全稳定运行。 Emergency diesel generator set is an important security power supply to ensure the safe operation of nuclear power station. As one of the important auxiliary system for emergency diesel generator set in nuclear power station, the lubricating oil system which must be durable and reliable is put into operation in the standby state, and it will continue to run after the unit is started. By analyzing the design function and performance requirements of the lubricating oil system and the division of safety grade, the main design requirements are defined. According to the function and performance requirements, the lubricating oil system is divided into three subsystems, and the design scheme is completed. Combined with the experience and feedback from nuclear power plants in active service, the redundant design of pre-lubricating oil pump and PCOT monitoring technology are added to the design scheme, which ensure the safe and stable operation of emergency diesel generator set in nuclear power station.
