略论新型职业农民培育方式方法的创新

Brief Discussion on the Innovation of New-type Professional Farmers' Cultivation Methods

结合新型职业农民培育的特点和意义,针对当前农民教育培训存在的针对性不强、积极性不高、效果不明显等问题,提出"锁定对象、系统培训、政策扶持、跟踪指导"的思路,全面推进农民教育培训方式方法转型,由"培训"转向"培育",突出后续的跟踪服务和政策扶持,针对性、系统性、有效性显著增强。重点在于培育思路的探索,提出了分层培训、产业链式培训、开放式培训等培训方式方法。在培训对象上,重点锁定种养大户、农民合作组织负责人、龙头企业负责人、家庭农场主等新型市场主体。

Combining the characteristics and significance of the new professional farmer cultivation,the ideas of ＂locking objects,system training,policy support,and tracking guidance＂ was proposed in light of the problems of poor pertinence,low enthusiasm,and insignificant effect in the current education and training of farmers. This will fully promote the transformation of farmers＇ education and training methods from ＂training＂ to ＂cultivation,＂ highlighting follow-up tracking services and policy support,and making them more targeted,systematic,and effective. The focus is on the exploration of cultivating ideas,and training methods such as tiered training,industrial chain training,and open training are proposed. In the target of training,the key players in the new market,such as planting and breeding farmers,responsible persons of farmers＇ cooperative organizations,leaders of leading enterprises,family farmers,etc.,are mainly targeted.
