摘要
某型全液压自动猫道的翻转机构在进行工程试验时发生断裂失效事故。通过试验测试和应力状态仿真,分析了翻转机构支撑架断裂的原因。通过建立支撑板的Ansys Workbench有限元模型,进行应力状态仿真。试验测试包括探伤检测、力学性能测试、材料的化学成分分析。分析结果表明,翻转机构失效的主要原因是支撑板设计中存在应力集中。经过优化设计后的液压猫道翻转机构满足工程需要,可靠性高。
The turnover mechanism of a type full hydraulic catwalk has a fracture failure during the engineering test.This paper analyzes the reasons leading to the fracture of the turnover mechanism supporting plate through the ways of stress state simulation and experimental test.The plate is realized by establishing finite element model of the supporting plate ANSYS Workbench;the latter includes flaw detection,the test of mechanical properties and the analysis of materia's chemical composition.The comprehensive analysis result shows that high stress concentration in the designing of supporting plate is the main failure cause.After optimized design,the hydraulic catwalk turnover mechanism satisfies the engineering needs and has a better reliability.
