摘要 海洋柔性立管与海上浮式结构相连接的接头,其服役期间的可靠性和安全性直接影响整个柔性管的使用寿命。国内针对海洋柔性立管接头的研究起步较晚,目前与海洋柔性立管配套使用的接头全部依靠进口。国内目前能查到的相关资料均集中于非粘结性柔性立管的接头结构研究,而对于非金属粘结性海洋柔性立管接头结构的研究国内还未见相关综述。对国外常用的粘结性海洋柔性立管接头使用情况进行了长期调研,综述了Traplock型接头、Swaged型接头、Magma型接头的结构和其连接形式。对海洋柔性立管接头国产化研制具有一定的意义。 Marine flexible pipe joint is the only way to connect the offshore flexible pipe with the floating structure on the sea,and its reliability and safety during operation directly affect the service life of the entire flexible pipe.Research on flexible pipe joint started late in China,at present,domestic joints used in marine flexible pipe are dependent on the import.Because of the technical blockade of marine flexible riser joints developed abroad,there are few relevant data available in China,and most available data are from the joint of non-bonded flexible pipes.The research on the structure of marine flexible riser joints of bonded pipe is blank in China.To this end,in this paper the long-term use concerning marine flexible riser joint in foreign countries are investigated,and the internal structure and connection form of three common bonded flexible pipe joints in foreign countries are illustrated,namely,Traplock joint,Swaged joint and Magma joint,which has certain guiding significance for the production and development of bonded marine flexible riser joints in China.
