芳纶为骨架材料的输送带在矿井下使用时必须具有阻燃性,介绍了阻燃芳纶输送带盖胶的研制,覆盖胶的优化配方(份数)为:CR 90,BR9000 10,N234碳黑25,N550炭黑15,活性氧化镁5,纳米氧化锌3,促进剂2,硫磺0.5,抗热氧剂1,防老剂A 1,IFR阻燃剂10,70#氯化石蜡15,三氧化二锑8,硼酸锌15,芳烃油3,硬脂酸1。采用该覆盖胶配方生产的阻燃芳纶输送带达到了MT668-2008标准要求。
