摘要
对中煤、煤泥进行了质量分析,对部分中煤、煤泥按照一定的比例进行了小焦炉结焦实验。具有黏结性的单种中煤和煤泥配合可以成焦,焦炭质量较差,但可大量回收煤焦油、粗苯等副产品,焦炭替代低保用煤或气化焦,燃烧时热值高、污染物排放量少,有利于环境保护,是中煤和煤泥综合利用的有效途径之一。
The quality analysis of middling coal and slime was carried out,and the coking experiment of a small coke oven was carried out according to a certain proportion of some middling coal and slime.The combination of cohesive middling coal and slime can be charred,and the quality of coke is poor,but it can recycle coal tar and crude benzene and other by-products.Coke can replace coal or gasification coke.It has high calorific value and less emission of pollutants.It is beneficial to environmental protection and is one of the effective ways for the comprehensive utilization of middling coal and slime.
