介绍了甲醇生产工艺流程,并对某公司设计的甲醇生产装置压缩机组控制系统进行了细致研究,设计出一套基于GMR的三重化冗余压缩机组综合控制系统,主要包括PLC系统压缩机组联锁控制系统,防喘振控制系统。

This paper introduces the process flow of methanol production,and studies the control system of the compressor unit in a methanol production unit designed by a company.A set of triplex redundancy compress system based on GMR is designed,which mainly includes the interlocking control system of the PLC system compressor unit and the anti-surge control system.
