低温甲醇洗单元的CO_2排放尾气脱硫技术方案

Technical scheme for desulphurization of CO_2 emission exhaust gas for low-temperature methanol washing unit

根据工艺包专利商保证的低温甲醇洗二氧化碳排放尾气的性能保证(总硫体积分数<1×10-5,H2S体积分数<5×10-6),是符合国家相关排放要求的。但受潞安项目当地环境容量限制和卫生防护距离限制,潞安高硫煤清洁利用油化电热一体化示范项目环境评价要求低温甲醇洗单元的CO2排放尾气中的总硫体积分数应≤1×10-6。为了满足环境报告要求,需对低温甲醇洗CO2尾气进行脱硫处理。

The performance guarantee of the tail gas of carbon dioxide emission from low-temperature methanol washing（total sulfur volume fraction 1×10^-5,H2 S volume fraction 5×10^-5）guaranteed by the patented contractor is in conformity with the relevant national emission requirements.But limited by the local environmental capacity and the distance restriction of health protection in Lu＇an project,the environmental evaluation of the integration demonstration project of oil and electricity heating in clean utilization of high sulfur coal in Lu＇an requires that the total sulfur volume fraction in the exhaust gas of CO2 emission from the low temperature methanol washing unit should be less than 1×10^-6.In order to meet the environmental reporting requirements,it is necessary to desulphurate CO2 tail gas in low-temperature methanol washing.
