温度和饵料对宽体金线蛭仔蛭生长和存活的影响

Effects of Temperature and Feeding Diet on Growth and Survival of Whitmania pigra Larvae

设置4组不同的试验温度(15、20、25、30℃),随机各放入100条宽体金线蛭(Whitmania pigra)仔蛭,养殖25d后测定体长、体重和存活率,探讨了温度对宽体金线蛭仔蛭生长和存活的影响;另外随机设置3个试验组,在相同温度下分别投喂蛋黄、轮虫+中华圆田螺、轮虫+静水椎实螺,探讨了饵料对宽体金线蛭仔蛭生长和存活的影响。结果表明:宽体金线蛭仔蛭在不同温度条件下的生长速度和存活率存在显著差异(P<0.05)。在水温为25℃条件下,仔蛭生长速度最快、存活率最高;而30℃下的仔蛭存活率最低、生长最慢。投喂不同的饵料,仔蛭的生长速度和存活率也有显著的差异(P<0.05)。投喂轮虫和静水椎实螺组的仔蛭生长速度最快、存活率最高;投喂蛋黄组的仔蛭存活率最低、生长速度最慢。

Different temperatures(15,20,25℃ and 30℃)were set,and 100 broad-bodied leeches Whitmania pigra larvae were randomly put into each container,after 25 days of breeding,body length,body weight,and survival rate were measured to study the effects on growth and survival rate of the larvae.In addition,three experimental groups were randomly selected and fed with egg yolk,Rotifers + Cipangopaludina cahayensis,Rotifers + Lymnaea stagnalis at the same temperature to study the effects on growth and survival rate of Whitmania pigra larvae.The results showed that there were significant differences in the growth rate and survival rate of Whitmania pigralarvae(P <0.05)under different temperature conditions.At the temperature of 25℃,the growth rate of Whitmania pigra larvae was the fastest and the survival rate was also the highest.However,the survival rate of Whitmania pigralarvae and the growth were the slowest at 30℃.For different feeds,the growth rate and survival rate of Whitmania pigra larvae were also significantly different(P<0.05).The larvae fed with Rotifers and Lymnaea stagnalis had the highest growth rate and highest survival rate;the group fed with egg yolk had the lowest survival rate and the slowest growth rate.
