摘要
以野生鹿藿(Rhynchosia volubilis)种子为试验材料,研究其种子的形态特征、吸水率和不同处理条件下的发芽情况。结果表明:经过砂纸处理的种子最高吸水率为108.58%,是未经处理的16.91倍;机械处理下种子的萌发情况最好,发芽率和发芽势分别提高到96.67%和76.67%;其次为98%浓硫酸处理20min较好,发芽率达91.11%,发芽势达56.67%;热水浸种处理也可明显提高鹿藿种子萌发能力,以80℃的热水浸种处理萌发能力最强,其发芽率为68.89%,发芽势为42.22%;氢氧化钠处理较以上3种处理,萌发效果一般,最高发芽率仅为42.22%。
The wild Rhynchosia volubilis seeds were used as experimental material to study morphology,seed water absorption at different treatment conditions.The results showed that the highest water absorption rate of the seeds treated by sand paper was 108.58%,which was 16.91 times that of the untreated.The seed germination was the best in mechanical treatment,and the germination rate and germination potential increase to 96.67% and 76.67% respectively.Secondly,the treatment with the 98% H_2SO_4 solution for 20 min was better,the germination rate was 91.11%,and germination potential was 56.67%.As soaked in hot water,it could significantly improve the seed germination ability of seeds.The germination capacity was the strongest soaking in hot water at 80℃,and the germination rate was 68.89%,and the germination potential was 42.22%.NaOH treatment was not more effective than the above 3 treatments,and the highest germination rate was only 42.22%.
