摘要
针对特大型转盘轴承齿圈齿形检测的难题,提出并实施一种该类轴承齿圈齿形的检测方法,即采用模具、石膏对齿圈进行局部脱模,利用投影仪对模型进行分析,得出齿圈齿形的有关参数,以实现特大型转盘轴承齿圈齿形的精度检测。通过试验证明,该检测方法简单、可靠,有效地解决了特大型转盘轴承齿圈齿形的检测难题。
Aiming at the difficult problem of detecting the tooth shape of the gear ring of the super-large turntable bearing, a method for detecting the tooth shape of the gear ring of a super-large turntable bearing is proposed and implemented, That is, the gear ring is partially demoulded, by the mould and gypsum,and the model is analyzed by using a projector, and then the relevant parameters of the tooth shape of the gear ring are obtained, so as to realize the precision detection of the tooth shape of the gear ring of the super-large turntable bearing. it is showed that the detection method is simple and reliable, and effectively solves the problem of detecting the tooth shape of the gear ring of the oversize turntable bearing through experiment.
