基于BOOST变换器的像增强器用高压电路设计

Design and Implement of a High Voltage Generation Circuit for Image Intensifier Based on BOOST Type Converter

摘要 高压电源是像增强器的重要部件。本文提出了一种基于BOOST变换器的高压电路,对该电路进行了分析与仿真验证,设计了1kV该电路实物原型,结合该电路原型,提出了一种像增强器亮度调节方法和采用该高压电路的系统架构,并给出了进一步优化的方法。 The high voltage generation circuit is a key component of an image intensifier.A novel high voltage generation circuit based on BOOST converter is proposed,which could lower the insulation requirements of transformer.The operating principleof the circuit is analyzed and the physical model is simulated.A 1 kV circuit is built and demonstrated.Based on thecircuit,a brightness adjustment method and a whole system with micro control unit are proposed,and the optimum method is given.
