摘要
论文阐述了一种皮下静脉血管定位检测系统,使医护人员能清晰辨认及定位患者皮下静脉血管,从而提高患者一次输液扎针的成功率。利用红外成像仪采集患者手背、腕部、肘部等常见输液部位的皮下静脉血管分布图,对其进行数字化处理,经图像增强算法分析,实现了血管精确定位,还可保存及读取图像,以作为患者电子病历的一部分供以后输液参考。针对不同测试者进行多次实验验证,结果表明该系统可提高患者的输液救治速度。
In this paper,a subcutaneous venous vascular location detection system is presented,which enables the medical staff to clearly identify and locate the patients' subcutaneous venous vessels,thus improving the success rate of the patient's injection puncture. Patients with use of infrared imager to collect back,wrist,elbow and other common distribution of subcutaneous vein infusion site,on the digital processing,the image enhancement algorithm analysis,has realized the blood vessels are precise positioning,also can save and read the image,as a part of the electronic patient records for future reference to infusion. The results show that the system can improve the infusion speed of the patients.
