一种基于单片机控制的真空自吸泵研究

摘要 低温环境下,小型自吸泵存在着泵腔中引水易冻结、影响自吸泵再次使用的问题。该设计于泵腔的下方添加回流管,取消止流阀,使得自吸泵使用完毕后泵腔不存留液体,解决上述自吸泵存在的问题,同时借鉴泵站为大中型离心泵设计的真空引水系统,提出一种新结构的真空引水系统,与自吸泵结合,可使自吸泵自动灌泵引水。 Under the low temperature environment,the small self-priming pump has the problem that the water diversion in the pump cavity is easy to freeze and affects the re second use of the self-priming pump. This design is arranged to add the return pipe below the pump cavity,cancels the check valve,and makes the use of self suction pump after the pump cavity not keeping liquid,solves a series of problems of self suction pump,and uses the pumping station for the vacuum diversion system of large and medium centrifugal pump design system,puts forward a new structure of vacuum water diversion system,and combines with the suction pump,the self suction pump automatic is made to achieve water filling pump.
