摘要
为降低PHC管桩生产过程中的能源消耗和简化生产工序,采用优选的混凝土配合比和早期保温养护措施,并充分利用环境温度对PHC管桩的作用,开发PHC管桩免蒸养工艺技术。应用此技术所生产的PHC管桩,其混凝土抗压强度满足规范要求,具有较高的弹性模量、耐久性,并可明显降低PHC管桩的生产能耗和二氧化碳排放,提高经济效益和社会效益。工程应用情况表明,免蒸养PHC管桩具有良好的力学性能和耐久性,沉桩效果良好。
To economize on energy in producing PHC pipe piles, non-steam curing PHC pipe pilestechnology was developed by adopting optimized concrete mix proportions and early heat preservationcuring and ambient temperature effect. The compressive strength of non-steam PHC pipe piles conformto the specification and standard, and its modulus of elasticity and durability are excellent. Thismay markedly reduce energy in producing PHC pipe piles and improve the quality of PHC pipe piles.Engineering application shows that the mechanical properties and its durability of non-steam PHC pipepiles and effect of piling are good.
