摘要
疲劳是压力容器失效的主要模式之一,当设备的使用温度达到材料的蠕变温度,蠕变与疲劳的交互作用会加速材料的损伤进程。熔盐储罐是光热发电系统的重要储热设备,用于储存由集中太阳能熔化的熔盐,工作温度可达580℃。针对某热熔盐储罐,建立有限元三维模型,以储罐的最高和最低使用温度为交变载荷,依据美国ASME规范进行疲劳分析和评定,并比较蠕变损伤和疲劳损伤对设备寿命的影响。该储罐的蠕变-疲劳评定结果为合格,且蠕变对寿命的影响更大。
Fatigue is one of the main failure forms of pressure vessels. When the operation temperature of equipment reaches the creep temperature of the material,the interaction of creep and fatigue will accelerate the damage process of the material. Melt salt storage tank is an important equipment in the photo thermal power generation system,used for storing melt salt heated by concentrated solar energy,and its operation temperature can be as high as 580 ℃. In this paper,a three-dimensional finite element model was built for a large melt salt storage tank. Thermal fatigue analysis and assessment under maximum and minimum temperatures was performed according to the ASME code,and effects of creep damage and fatigue damage on equipment life were compared. The creep-fatigue assessment result of this storage tank was acceptable,and the effect of creep on equipment life is bigger.
