摘要 雨流计数法是工程上用于疲劳设计和疲劳评估常用的一种方法。以雨流计数法的基本原理和计数规则为基础,并以某核电站核辅助管道为例,通过专用管道力学分析软件PIPESTRESS确定管道在温度载荷、压力载荷及机械载荷等作用下各瞬态工况应力变化幅值,说明雨流计数法在PIPESTRESS软件中的实现方法,并结合材料S-N曲线进行疲劳累积使用系数的计算,从而进行疲劳寿命的评估。 The rain flow counting method is a common method used for fatigue design and fatigue evaluation in engineering. Based on the rationale and counting rule of the rain flow counting method and by taking the nuclear auxiliary pipe of a nuclear power station as an example,the stress change amplitude of the pipe under each instantaneous operating condition under the action of temperature load,pressure load,mechanical load,etc. was determined through the dedicated analysis software for pipe mechanics PIPESTRESS in order to specify the realization method of the rain flow counting method in PIPESTRESS,and the calculation of cumulative fatigue usage factor was performed in combination with S-N curve of the material so as to perform fatigue life evaluation.
