基于遗传算法的模块化产品族拆卸设计

摘要 传统的模块化设计强调了以单一产品为重点的技术系统模块化,为了提高废弃产品在生命周期阶段拆卸和产品回收的效率,必须通过考虑早期产品设计阶段的制造和回收过程来开发模块化产品架构。论文在考虑传统产品族设计的同时,融入了两种面向拆卸设计的可持续模块化驱动因素,即材料相似性和寿命相似性。并设计了相应的遗传算法,用于非线性模型的求解。最后通过分析自动洗碗机产品族与拆卸决策的计算结果,验证了模型与算法的有效性。 The traditional modular design emphasizes the modularization of a single product-focused technology system. In order to improve the efficiency of disassembly and product recycling in the life cycle,it is necessary to develop modular products architecture by taking into account the manufacturing and recycling processes of the early product design phase. In this paper,two kinds of sustainable driving factors are put forward,namely,material similarity and life similarity. A model of modular product family design based on disassembly is proposed,and a genetic algorithm is designed to solve the effective solution of nonlinear optimization model. Through the analysis of the design of refrigerator product family and disassembly calculation results,the validity of the model and the algorithm is verified.
