筒口气泡对发射筒盖影响数值计算与分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对发射筒盖因受力产生卸载而影响筒口气泡外形和筒盖受力的问题,采用VOF模型和动网格技术,建立筒盖三维轴对称模型和筒盖系统受力模型。在基于实测数据校验模型的基础上,计算并分析了筒口气泡对发射筒盖的影响,获取了不同速度条件下筒口气泡作用在筒盖上的载荷变化和运动变化特性数据。结果分析表明,在发射过程中由于筒口气泡演变,筒盖承受了相当程度的扰动,且受载方向存在周期性变化特性。研究方法及其结论可为筒口压力场预测以及筒盖设计提供有益的指导。 The figure and force of outlet cavity are influenced by the launch tube cover unloading after standing force. Thel aunch tube cover force model and 3-D axisymmetric model is established,which adopted VOF model and dynamic meshing technology. The impact of outlet cavity on launch tube cover is analyzed and calculated based on test data verification model,and the loading and motion characteristic data of outlet cavity on launch tube cover with different velocity are gained. The calculation result shows that the launch tube cover bears turbulence considerable degree during underwater vehicle launch owing to outlet cavity development,and its stand under load direction take on performance of periodic variation. its research method and conclusion provide a guide to launch tube cover design and outlet cavity pressure field forecasting.
