高等教育后大众化阶段质量提升的壁垒及应对

The Barriers of Higher Education Quality Improvement and Ways to Break Them in the “Post-Mass Period”

我国高等教育已经进入了后大众化阶段,后大众化阶段相对于大众化阶段是高等教育发展的一个新时期。高等教育在每个阶段都面临着质量提升的问题,后大众化阶段质量提升的壁垒为:区域发展失衡、东西差距明显,层次结构不清、自身定位模糊,系统体系封闭、沟通效率低下,整体水平不高、服务能力不强。而打破这些壁垒的关键是:内涵发展走向质量提升,实行开放走向交流合作,合理定位走向特色发展,提升水平走向服务社会。

Our country＇s higher education has entered the＂post-mass period＂,which is another stage in the development of higher education comparing to mass popularization stage. Each stage is faced with the problem of quality improvement. In the ＂post-mass period＂,the barriers to enhance the quality of higher education are as follows： imbalanced regional development mainly the apparent gap between the east and the west; unclear hierarchical structure,combining with the obscure self-orientation; the closed system with low-efficiency in communication; the low level in the whole with poor service capability. The keys to break these barriers are： breaking down the barriers to quality core,implementing openness to communicate and cooperate,reasonably positioning in the characteristic development,enhancing service in the community.
