摘要
本研究基于N大学学习性投入调查的实证数据,在大学影响力模型下,构建了一个"过程—输出"模型,采用结构方程取向的路径分析,探索了学习性投入与学习收获的关系以及学习性投入作为影响因素对学习收获的影响程度。研究发现,学习性投入各个指标对学习收获具有直接的正向的影响;院校主导的学习性投入不仅对学习收获有直接的正向影响;还可以通过作用于学生主导的学习性投入对学习收获产生间接的影响。另外,根据各变量间影响系数大小得出院校主导的学习性投入较学生主导的对学习收获的影响程度大。基于此对提升N大学本科教学质量提供对策建议。
This paper builds a "process and output"model under the college influence model,based on the empirical data of student engagement survey besides exploring the relations and the influence degrees between the student engagement and the learning outputs through the path analysis of SEM. The conclusions are as follows:first of all,the indicators of student engagement have a direct and positive influence on learning outcomes;student engagement that the institution as the dominant not only has a direct and positive influence,but also has an indirect influence by acting on the students. Then,finding the influence degrees of the institutional student engagement are more bigger according to the influence coefficient. At last,providing some suggestions about improving the undergraduate teaching quality.
