新时代高校加强大学生法制教育,不仅是培育社会主义合格人才的需要,也是高校落实十九大全面依法治国战略的重要举措。高校必须通过加强法学基本理论知识教学,增强大学生对法制的自觉理性思考;完善管理制度,养成大学生遵章守纪的行为习惯;重视专业课规范守信训练,塑造大学生的职业操守;营造校园法制氛围,培育大学生法制素养;创新校园法制教育载体,提高法制教育和依法治校水平。

College students＇ legal education is not only the demand for cultivating qualified socialist talents in colleges and universities,but also the important measure to implement the rule by law according to the spirits of 19th Party Congress. In the information age of economic globalization and value pluralism,it is more important to strengthen the legal education in college students. Through the analysis of the urgency of strengthening university students＇ legal education in the new era,this paper puts forward the idea that universities should inculcate the basic theoretical knowledge of law,strengthen the students＇ conscious and rational thinking on the legal system,perfect the strict management of the institution,form the behavior habit of the students＇ compliance and obedience,strengthen the professional ethics training,shape the college students＇ occupational integrity,construct the campus legal atmosphere,cultivate the legal literacy of college students,innovate the carrier of campus legal education and raise the level of legal education.
