摘要 目的 观察心电图导联误连对心电图诊断的影响。方法 在同一健康搜查者先后描正确导联连接和不同肢体导联电极误连(左、右上肢误连,右上肢与左下肢误连和左上、下肢误连)常规的导联心电图,对照分析导联电极误连对心电图诊断的影响。结果 肢体导联电极误连与正常对照只有电极位置正确的一个加压肢体导联(aVR或aVL或aVF)没有改变,其余的5个肢体导联心电图均有改变(导致不同异常心电图诊断)。结论 心电图导联误连影响心电图诊断,应引起心电图描记和诊断者重视。 Objective To observe the impact of lead misplacement on ECG diagnosis. Method For the same healthy examinee, correct lead connection, different limb lead electrode misplacement(left and right upper limb misplacement, right upper limb and left lower limb misplacement, and lower limb misplacement) and conventional lead ECG were described respectively, and the effect of lead electrode misplacement on ECG diagnosis was compared and analyzed. Results After the comparison between limb lead electrode misplacement and correct lead connection, only one pressurized limb lead(aVR or aVL or aVF) with the correct electrode position did not change, and the other five limb lead ECG changed(leading to different abnormal ECG diagnosis). Conclusion ECG lead misplacement affects ECG diagnosis, which should be valued by ECG tracing and diagnosis.
