Meek植皮技术与微粒皮肤移植技术修复大面积烧伤创面的比较研究 被引量:6

The Comparative Study Between Meek Skin Grafting and Microparticle Skin Grafting in the Repair of Large Area Burn Wounds

摘要 目的 探讨Meek植皮技术与微粒皮肤移植技术修复大面积烧伤创面的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年1月至2017年3月我院收治的大面积烧伤患者56例,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组共28例患者,行微粒皮肤移植术,观察组共28例患者,行Meek植皮术,比较两组手术时间、创面愈合时间及治疗费用,术后随访6个月,观察两组植皮成活率。结果 与对照组相比,观察组手术时间更短、创面愈合时间缩短、治疗费用降低,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组皮肤瘢痕良好,对照组皮肤表面有明显瘢痕,其中观察组植皮成活率为96.43%,略高于对照组的82.14%,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 采取Meek植皮术治疗大面积烧伤的临床效果较微粒皮肤移植术更有优势,可缩短创面修复时间,提高植皮成活率。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Meek skin grafting and microparticle skin grafting in the repair of large area burn wounds.Methods 56 cases with large area burn wounds treated in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.And a total of 28 patients in the control group were treated with microparticle skin grafting while the other 28 patients in the observation group were given Meek skin grafting.Then, operation time,wound healing time and treatment cost were compared between the two groups.Moreover, the survival rate of skin grafting of two groups was observed based on the 6 months' follow-up after the operation.Results Compared with the control group, the effect of the observation group was superior with shorter operation time, reduced healing time and less treatment cost.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P0.05).The scars in the patients of the observation group were not obvious, while those in the patients of the control group were noticeable.The skin grafting survival rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with the significant difference( P 0.05).Conclusion Meek skin grafting is more advantageous than micaroparticle skin transplantation in the treatment of large area burn wounds, which can shorten the time of wound repair and improve the survival rate of skin grafting.
