改良胬肉切除术联合羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床研究

Clinical Study of Improved Pterygium Surgical Method Combined with Amniotic Membrane Transplantation in the Treatment of Pterygium

目的 观察改良翼状胬肉切除术联合羊膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法 收集2015年1月至2016年12月个旧爱尔眼科医院收治的翼状胬肉患者132例(195眼),随机化分为治疗组(A组)88眼,进行改良翼状胬肉切除术联合羊膜移植术;对照组(B组)107眼,进行单纯胬肉切除术联合角膜缘干细胞移植术。观察两组患者术后刺激症状、翼状胬肉复发率。结果 B组术后1 w刺激症状发生率高于A组(P<0.05)。A组术后3个月、6个月翼状胬肉复发率均低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 改良翼状胬肉切除术联合羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉可明显降低术后复发率,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of improved pterygium surgical method combined with amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of pterygium.Methods 132 patients with pterygium（195 eyes） treated in Gejiu Ai＇er Eye Hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and divided randomly into 2 groups： Patients in group A（88 eyes） were treated with improved pterygium surgical method combined with amniotic membrane transplantation, while those in group B（107 eyes） were treated with pterygium surgical method combined with limbal stem cells transplantation.Postoperative stimulation symptoms and recurrence rate of pterygium were compared in the two groups.Results The incidence of stimulation symptoms in group B was higher than those in group A 1 week after operation（P0.05）.The recurrence rate of pterygium in group A was lower than that in group B 3 and 6 months after operation（P0.05）.Conclusion Improved pterygium surgical method combined with amniotic membrane transplantation is effective and safe, and can reduce the postoperative recurrence rate, which is worth of popularizing.
