脓毒症与相关生物分子关系的临床研究进展

摘要 脓毒症仍然是世界范围内主要的死亡原因之一。有报道指出脓毒症已成为继心脏病和恶性肿瘤之后最常见的死因。尽管目前抗感染和体外支持治疗有了重大进步但其病死率并未得到明显降低。近年来,对于脓毒症生物分子水平的研究取得了长足的进步,为其治疗和预后评估带来了新方向。在这篇综述中,我们提供了相关生物分子在脓毒症早期明确诊断和(或)病情评价等方面的最新研究进展,协助临床医师更好的认识和了解脓毒症。 Sepsis is still a major cause of death all over the world. It is reported that sepsis has become the most common cause of death only second to heart disease and malignant tumors. Although significant breakthrough has been made in anti-infective and extracorporeal supportive care, the mortality has not been notably reduced. In recent years, great progress has been made in the study of molecular biology of sepsis, which provides a new direction for the treatment and prognosis evaluation. The latest advances in the study of molecular biology in the early diagnosis and(or) disease evaluation of sepsis are reviewed in this paper, which helps clinicians have a better understanding of sepsis.
