摘要
心房颤动(简称房颤)是全球范围内最为多见的一种心律失常。由于可引起恶性心律失常、心力衰竭和血栓栓塞等并发症而表现出临床高致残、致死率,造成了日益严重的健康危害和医疗负担。目前心房颤动的发病机制仍未明确,但近些年从病因学角度的研究越来越备受瞩目,本文从炎性因子、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)、B型钠尿肽(BNP)、维生素D、基因学等与房颤的关联研究做一综述。
Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common arrhythmias in the world. Malignant arrhythmia, heart failure and thromboembolism can be caused by AF, bringing high disability and fatality rate, which contributes to increasingly serious health hazards and medical burdens. Though the pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation remains unclear, more and more attention are paid to the study of etiology in recent years. The association study of the inflammatory factor, renin-angiotensin-aldosterone-system(RAAS), Btype natriuretic peptide(BNP), vitamin D and genetics with atrial fibrillation is reviewed in this article.
