血液净化在重症急性中毒患者的治疗上应用日渐成熟,效果明显,对患者的生活质量和愈后有显著提高。联合多种血液净化模式较传统单纯模式在治疗效果、患者后期康复上更有优势,可明显缩短住院时间、减轻经济负担,值得临床进一步研究推广。综合阐述国内外血液净化技术在临床重症急性中毒救治中的最新研究动态及进展。

The application of blood purification in the treatment of severe acute poisoning patients is mature and effective, which can significantly improve the life quality and recovery speed of patients. Compared with traditional simplex mode, the combination of multiple blood purification modes has more advantages in the treatment effect and the later recovery. It can significantly shorten hospitalization time and reduce the financial burden. Therefore, it is worthy of further clinical research and extension. In this paper, the latest research and development of blood purification technology in the treatment of severe acute poisoning are reviewed.
