摘要 目的:对中药显微定量法进行了深入研究,旨在利用优化的显微定量法作为化学方法的补充来检测中药吴茱萸质量。方法:对吴茱萸选取非腺毛为显微特征,以均匀设计法优化实验条件,采用优化的显微定量法测定不同吴茱萸样品粉末中非腺毛的显微特征常数值大小;采用高效液相法对吴茱萸中的指标性化学成分柠檬苦素进行含量测定;用统计方法对不同吴茱萸样品中的非腺毛的显微特征常数值与化学成分柠檬苦素含量进行相关性分析。结果:吴茱萸中非腺毛显微特征常数值与柠檬苦素含量有相关性(P<0.01)。结论:采用优化的显微定量法测定不同吴茱萸样品中的非腺毛的显微特征常数大小,可以判断吴茱萸质量的优劣。本研究为吴茱萸的质量控制提供了新的技术手段,同时为中药质量检测体系进行有益的充实。 Objective: The paper aims at further studying the quantitative microscopic identification of traditional Chinese medicine,which can be used to evaluation the quality of Euodiae Fructus by the optimized method of quantitative microscopic identification,as a supplement to the chemical method. Methods: The nonglandular hair was selected as microscopic characteristic of Euodiae Fructus and the experiment condition was optimized by uniform design method. The number of nonglandular hair was quantified by the optimized method of quantitative microscopic identification. The content of limonin was determined by HPLC. Correlation analysis of the two sets of data was carried out with statistical methods. Results: In Euodiae Fructus,the microscopic characteristic constant numbers of nonglandular hair and the content of limonin were significantly correlated. Conclusion: Based on the optimized method of quantitative microscopic identification,determination the microscopic characteristic constant numbers of nonglandular hair in different samples of Euodiae Fructus can be used to evaluation the quality of Euodiae Fructus. This method provides novel technological means for the quality control,and enriches the quality evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine usefully.
