决明子现代应用的研究进展

Research Progress on Modern Application of Cassiae Semen

决明子是豆科植物决明Cassia obtusifolia L.或小决明Cassia tora L.的成熟种子,具有清热明目、润肠通便的功能。现代化学研究表明,决明子富含蒽醌、萘并吡喃酮和脂肪酸等类化学成分;药理研究表明,其具有降血脂、降血压、降血糖、润肠通便、保肝、明目、抗氧化、抗衰老、抑菌及抗癌等作用。随着人们生活方式的改变,亚健康状态在人群的比例越来越高。决明子属于药食两用的药材之一,在民间拥有悠久的应用历史,具有一定的药效学基础,因而是保健品的重要原料之一。本文对决明子的化学成分、药理作用、现代应用研究进展进行了归纳,为进一步研究开发提供参考。

＂Jue-Ming-Zi＂is from the mature seeds of Cassia obtusifolia L. or Cassia tora L. which has the effect of removing heat to brighten vision,moistening the intestines and relieving constipation. The main chemical constituents in Cassiae Semen include anthraquinones,naphtho-pyrrolidone,fatty acids and et al. Modern pharmacological researches indicated that it is effective in treating hypertension,hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia,constipation,eye disease and so on. With the change of people＇ s lifestyle,the proportion of sub-health is rising. Cassiae Semenwhich belongs to one of the medicinal and edible,which has been used for a long history among the people. Furhtermore,it is one of important health-product source which has some pharmacodynamics foundation. This paper briefly summarizes the main chemical components,pharmacological effects and research progress on modern application of Cassiae Semen and provides a reference for further research.
