摘要
目前,关于甲型肝炎病毒(HAV)的致病性和宿主免疫反应的动物模型主要是以黑猩猩和狨猴为主的非人灵长类动物。此外,树鼩、豚鼠、猪及基因敲除小鼠等都可在实验条件下感染HAV并可被选择作为替代的动物模型。本文将对实验感染HAV动物模型的研究状况进行综述。
Currently,animal models of the pathogenicity and host immune response to hepatitis A virus(HAV)are mainly non-human primates,such as chimpanzees and marmosets.In addition,animals like tree shrews,guinea pigs,swine and gene knock-out mice can be infected by HAV under experimental conditions and can be selected as alternative animal models.This review is mainly focused on the research progress in animal models of hepatitis A.
