福建省1例人巴贝虫病的诊断与鉴定 被引量:14

摘要 目的分析1例人感染巴贝虫的实验室资料,提高对巴贝西虫病的诊断水平。方法观察外周血中虫体的形态;从患者外周血中提取的DNA核酸,采用田鼠巴贝虫种特异性引物进行聚合酶链反应(PCR)。采用PCR扩增田鼠巴贝虫18S rRNA片段,取阳性PCR产物送测序并进行序列比对分析。结果外周血中见大量疑似恶性疟原虫虫体;PCR产物测序结果经过BLAST比对,与田鼠巴贝虫18s核糖体DNA序列有99%的同源性。结论感染的虫体为田鼠巴贝虫。福建省部分地区鼠类(尤其是野鼠)存在田鼠巴贝虫感染,是巴贝虫病的自然疫源地,必须引起足够的重视。 We analyzed the laboratory data of one human case infected with Babesia,in order to accumulate data and improve the diagnosis level.And we observed the parasite morphology in peripheral blood;the DNA was extracted from peripheral of the patients with Babesia microti DNA-specific primers by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The fragment of 18S rRNA gene of B.microti was amplified by PCR.The PCR products were sequenced and the phylogenetic tree was constructed for homology analysis.The results showed that a large number of quasi Plasmodium falciparum parasites were emerged in peripheral blood;PCR product sequencing results compared by BLAST showed that the sequencing result of PCR product had 99% homology with 18 sribosomal DNA sequence of B.microti.It indicated that the patient was infected with B.microti.Some areas in Fujian Province,which the mouse(particularly vole)were infected with B.mocroti,were the nature infection locus of babesiosis,so we need to pay enough attention to human babesiosis.
